The American Arbitration Association (AAA), an independent organization, is conducting the vote on the contract. AAA began to mail envelope packages containing ballots to members' home addresses on March 10, and members can expect to receive them by March 17, so check your mailboxes. Completed ballots need to be received at AAA no later than 9 am on March 31. Please reach out to Ron Barber, Sylvia Quinones, or any member of the Executive Board if you do not receive a ballot in the mail.
