It is with shock and sadness that we share the passing of our former DC 37 Rep and Negotiator Leo Morris III.
Leo was a kind heart and a tireless advocate. He said, "the union saved my life," and he dedicated his years of service to extending the union's protection to all workers. He represented Local 1482 members at the most difficult moments in their working lives and he was integral to negotiating our new contract. He will be missed.
