PICA Program

The PICA program is continuing this year but is now covering only Injectable and Chemotherapy drugs. The mandatory mail-order program with Express Scripts is still in effect for these drugs. You should have received a new card from Express Scripts for the PICA program. There is a $100.00 deductible for the PICA program.
